A standard order runs at around 20 days after deposit and artwork confirmation. Orders with custom packaging or larger volumes can take a little longer; we confirm the exact schedule on your proforma invoice before production starts.

We quote EXW Dongguan by default and can also quote FOB Shenzhen. For orders shipping out of Guangdong we can deliver free to your nominated forwarder’s warehouse in Shenzhen, Guangzhou or Dongguan, which keeps the domestic leg cost-free.

Yes. We recommend it. Samples ship quickly so you can test the spray, pins, blades and build quality on a real coat. The sample fee is credited against your first bulk order, so sampling is effectively free once you commit.

Standard terms are 30% deposit to confirm production and 70% balance before shipment. Quotations are valid for 15 days. If you require different terms for a larger or repeat order, discuss it with our sales team and we will look at what we can support.

Our rechargeable electric models are certified. The RK35 spray grooming comb and the RK106 / RK116 spray flea comb carry CE (EMC), FCC and RoHS documentation, with the certificates and underlying test reports available for import. We share the model-specific files with your order.

No. The self-cleaning slicker brush and the curved-blade deshedding tool are non-electric, non-electronic products with no motor or battery, so they require no CE/FCC/RoHS certification and are the simplest items to import.

The RK73 LED nail clipper is a low-risk manual cutting tool with a simple LED guide powered by replaceable batteries and no lithium cell. We sell it as a manual grooming tool and do not market it as a CE/FCC-certified electronic device — we keep certification claims strictly limited to the models that genuinely hold them.

The certificates are held by the factory. For private-label and chain accounts we can provide a letter of supply and a certificate-use authorization linking the certified model to your order, so your import paperwork is supported without misrepresenting the certificate holder.
