Does this brush require CE/FCC/RoHS certification?
No. It is a non-electric manual tool with no batteries or electronics, so the electronic CE/FCC/RoHS requirements that apply to powered grooming devices do not apply. We can provide product and material information on request.

What is the lead time and can I get a sample?

T/T with a 30% deposit and balance before shipment for bulk orders; PayPal for samples and small orders. Terms are EXW Dongguan or FOB Shenzhen.
