Are you a factory or a trading company?
We manufacture on our own assembly line in Dongguan, which gives us direct control over quality and lead times and lets us handle OEM/ODM work that a trader cannot.
Can you support our brand’s certification?
The electric models carry CE/FCC/RoHS certificates, and we provide a letter of supply and certificate-use authorization for private-label accounts, so your import paperwork is supported honestly.
Can you design custom packaging and gift sets?
Yes. We support custom boxes, inserts and gift-set packaging from 2,000 pcs, with colour and artwork development. Send your branding or ask us to help develop it.
Which products should a new brand launch with?
A strong first range is the non-electric slicker and deshedder plus the no-lithium LED clipper (easy import, no certification), with a certified electric spray comb as the premium hero.
Can you change product colours or configuration?
Yes. We support OEM/ODM colour and configuration changes subject to the model; contact us with your specification and we’ll confirm feasibility and MOQ.
Will you compete with us on Amazon or retail?
No. We are a factory and wholesale supplier that manufactures for your brand; we do not operate competing consumer listings.
How does the sampling process work?
We send samples first so you can approve the product and branding, with the sample fee credited on your first bulk order.
What are the payment and lead times?
Standard terms are 30% deposit and 70% before shipment, with around 20-day production for standard orders; custom packaging can add a little time, confirmed on the proforma invoice.
